What does Anytime and Nite data mean?

Anytime and Nite allowances are separate parts of the package. Check the stated usage windows and validity in the offer and Cell C terms. A combined total is not necessarily all Anytime data.

Is Double Data the same as a second SIM?

No. SmartData Double Data adds the stated promotional allowance to one SIM. An eligible second-SIM Double Deal adds a separate line with its own package and monthly charge. Review both lines and the combined monthly amount before applying.
