Have your ID and current mobile number ready. Proof of residence and affordability documents, such as a payslip or bank statements, may be requested by your consultant. For a port, have your existing network and account details handy.
You do not need to upload proof of address, a payslip or bank statements at the initial contract step. Your consultant confirms exactly what is required. Upload personal documents only through the secure application.

Can I keep my current number?
Tell us you want to port and which network you use. We will guide the switch. Keep your old SIM until the port completes, and ask us for help if it is delayed.
How do I check coverage before committing?
Check the official coverage map for your home and work, or send us your suburb on WhatsApp. Coverage varies by area, device and service. Ask about testing with a starter pack if you want to try it first.
What if I need help after signing?
Contact the same team at The Glen, Newmarket or The Verge about a delayed port, handset fault or cancellation request. Have your application reference and Cell C number ready. We will guide the assessment or request process and confirm any applicable terms or costs.
