RICA and identity information
Identity and address information is requested only where needed for an application, SIM registration or activation process. Standard Cell C RICA rules and processes apply. Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled.
Payments
Where online payment is offered, card-payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this website. A browser return page is not treated as proof of payment; activation only proceeds after server-side payment verification.
Fraud and impersonation

- Do not send OTPs or passwords to anyone claiming to speed up an application.
- If something feels unusual, stop and contact us directly before continuing.
Privacy controls
Analytics and marketing technologies are controlled by the privacy choices on the website. Sensitive identity documents, signatures and RICA information are not intentionally sent as analytics event data.
