Clear terms before you pay.
1. Your order and availability
Products, prices and availability shown online are an invitation to place an order. Before secure payment is opened, we recheck the selected items and the total. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you promptly and offer a suitable replacement, a reasonable wait for stock, or a refund.
Accessory recommendations are based on the handset and product information available to us. Please check the handset model shown in the order summary. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before paying.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in South African Rand. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before payment. Payment is processed by PayFast; we do not receive or store your card details. Payment is only treated as received once it has been verified by PayFast.
3. Delivery, collection and fulfilment
After verified payment, your order is assigned to a team member for supplier ordering and fulfilment. We will confirm the fulfilment method, delivery address or collection arrangement with you. Delivery dates are estimates unless we confirm a date in writing. Please inspect the parcel and report any visible damage or missing items as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will explain the options available for the order’s current fulfilment stage and process cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds in accordance with applicable South African consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Defects and warranty
Where a product has a manufacturer or supplier warranty, we will assist with the warranty process. Keep your proof of purchase and the product packaging where possible. Warranty assessment may require the product to be inspected. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Supplier products
Some accessories are sourced from third-party distributors, including Gammatek. They are a supplier to us; your retail purchase agreement and your support contact remain with The Cell C Guy. Distributor catalogues and product specifications help us identify compatible stock but do not replace these customer terms.
7. Communication and privacy
We may contact you by email, telephone or WhatsApp about your order, payment, fulfilment and support. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Notice.
